Free Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this period:
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan
 - An e-mandate is required for payment method setup to start your trial
 - You can cancel anytime without any charges
 - If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically enrolled in the paid plan
 
Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to Account Settings → Subscription
 - Clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button
 - Following the confirmation prompts

Cancellation Timing
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again.
Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request the refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription
 - Your account must be in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)
 - You must provide a valid reason for your refund request
 - You must not have previously received a refund for the same service
 
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions older than 30 days
 - Setup fees or one-time charges
 - Custom development or integration services
 - WhatsApp API costs charged directly by WhatsApp
 - Services suspended due to policy violations
 
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

 - Include your account email and subscription details
 - Provide a clear reason for your refund request
 - Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
 
We'll review your request within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
Plan Changes and Downgrades
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:
- You'll be charged the prorated difference immediately
 - Your new features will be available right away
 - Your billing cycle will remain the same
 
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
 - You'll continue to have access to your current plan features until then
 - No refunds will be provided for the difference in price
 
Service Disruptions
In the unlikely event of a service disruption:
- We'll provide pro-rated refunds for extended outages (24+ hours)
 - Minor disruptions or maintenance windows don't qualify for refunds
 - We'll communicate any planned maintenance in advance
 
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- No refunds will be provided for suspended or terminated accounts
 - You'll lose access to all data and features immediately
 - We may retain data required for legal or compliance purposes
 
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund and cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
